In the courtroom, the judge Marzuki sat stunned listening to prosecution PU against an elderly woman who was accused of stealing cassava, the old woman argued that she was poor, her son ill, grandson hungry, but the manager of PT A * K (B group) remains on demand , in order to make an example for other citizens. Judge Marzuki sigh .. he cut out the prosecution PU, 'Forgive me', he said as he looked at the old woman, "I can not make an exception law, the law remains the law, that means you still have to be punished. The old woman was bowed, her heart was sadly,disappointed, while judges  Marzuki took off his hat, opened his wallet and then take and put money into the hat 1 million rupiah and said to the audience. "I on behalf of the court, also fined each attendee courtroom this trial by 50 thousand rupiah, for settling in this city, and let a woman age-old hunger to steal for feeding her grandchildren, told the committee of court , please collect the fine in my toga hat and then give all the results to the defendant. "Until this decision and marzuki judge left the courtroom, the old woman went away with saving money 3.5 million, including cash of 50 thousand which is paid by the Manager PT AK * that the shame because it has been demanded. It's a shame this story get away from the press, because the government is embarrassed because they can only drain of public money and judgmental small people. This story is really interesting if there are friends who can get documentation of this story can be shared in the media to be an example to other law enforcement agencies to work using the conscience and judge Marzuki who imitate noble.
