The Judgement for Asyani 70 years Old

Despite the suspension
detention has been granted by Judge
District Court of Situbondo, East Java for  Asyani (70 years old), a resident from Krastal Town, Jatibanteng Village, District
Jatibanteng, Indonesia. She said that she can not live comfortable.
Therefore, in the initial trial, the agenda
reading of the indictment by the public prosecutor (Prosecutor), she said she heard under arest of 15
years in prison. She told with Java language : "I'm afraid because Im under arest to 15 years in prison, then
what about my fate, "she said with softly.
In the initial trial, Asyani guilty with stealing seven teak. She was subject of Article 12 in conjunction with Article 83 of Law Number 18 of 2013 on the Prevention and Eradication of forest destruction with the threat of jail five years in prison.
"I can not sleep well, She said.
Asyani also hope that she's not prisoner  again. "Saenan neng e bungkoh, guleh takok e okom pole (More good at home, I was afraid imprisoned again), "she admitted plain.
Previously, Asyani accused of stealing timber cut her own husband, who named Sumardi, around five years ago in their own land. However, the Perhutani insisted that Grandma Asyani steal from SOE land.
Finally, starting from December 15, 2014 and then, Asyani thrown into prison
Situbondo. Now, Asyani was able together
with her family because on Monday (16/03/2015) the suspension request was granted by Assembly District Court Judge Situbondo.
Situbondo Regent Dada Wigiarto and Vice Regent Rachmad be a guarantor for Asyani.
