Callind yang merupakan singkatan dari Calling Indonesia suatu aplikasi chatting buatan gadis Kebumen ternyata sudah ada yang berniat membeli dengan harga 200 miliar Rupiah. Namun Novi Wahyuningsih secara tegas menolaknya dan bertekad jadikan Callind produk anak bangsa yang akan mendunia.

Novi mengatakan saat ini banyak perusahaan yang tertarik dengan Callind, saya berharap Pemerintah Indonesia lebih memperhatikan karya anak bangsa.

Callind sudah ditawar 200 miliar Rupiah namun saya bertekad untuk mempertahankannya dengan dukungan masyarakat Indonesia saya yakin Callind akan besar. Dan saya meminta Pemerintah lebih serius walaupun pak Komunikasi dan informatika RI telah merespons dengan baik. Namun saya berharap Indonesia seperti China memblokir semua aplikasi dari luar negeri di saat WeChat dan Alibaba ada,” tutur Novi di sela-sela peluncuran Callind di Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, Sabtu (21/4/2018).

Meski baru resmi diluncurkan hari ini, tapi Callind telah diunduh oleh 350.000 pengguna. Ke depan, ditargetkan bisa mencapai 10 juta pengguna dalam satu tahun. Dan tiga tahun kemudian, ditargetkan mencapai 50 juta pemakai. “Semoga bisa benar-benar diterima di Indonesia dan bahkan merajai di negeri sendiri, selain itu bisa juga digunakan oleh masyarakat di dunia. Target 50 juta pengguna dalam 3 tahun semoga juga bisa tercapai,” tutur Novi.

Kini gadis asal Kebumen itu tidak hanya sibuk mengembangkan perusahaan yang ia miliki, namun juga mondar-mandir ke beberapa kota di Indonesia untuk mengisi workshop/ seminar sebagai pembicara. Dia mengaku sering diundang dalam acara berskala nasional ataupun internasional.

Menurut Novi, dibanding WhatsApp kelebihan Callind bisa menemukan sesama pengguna Callind dalam radius 100 km meski belum saling terhubung sebagai kontak. Tak hanya sekadar media komunikasi, Callind bisa menjadi sarana promosi dan pemasaran bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Pemilik Aplikasi Callind bisa mempromosikan produknya secara gratis, tanpa harus menyebar kiriman ke banyak group yang diikuti seperti halnya pada WhatsApp.

“Kami sedang dalam proses pengembangan kerja sama dengan beberapa UMKM yang bergerak di sektor retail yang ada di daerah nasional harapan kami bisa kerja sama dengan UMKM di seluruh Indonesia,” imbuhnya.

Karena usaha keras dan kecerdasannya dia berhasil di terima di Universitas Oxford Inggris, Mr. Rowan Atkinson yang gagap berbicara sejak kecil itu menjadi bisa berbicara lancar ketika berperan sebagai orang lain, dengan naskah yang telah dihafalnya dia bisa menjadi pribadi sebagai komedian maupun peran seorang yang serius dengan bicaranya yang lancar dan sama sekali tidak gagap.

DWI HARTANTO tidak menyangka suatu siang, saat dirinya asyik melakukan penelitian di laboratorium di Belanda, ponselnya tiba-tiba berbunyi. Melihat nomor di layar, dia tahu bahwa nomor itu berasal dari luar.
Si penelepon bilang, bapak ingin bertemu. Saya sempat bingung, siapa bapak yang dia maksud, cerita Dwi ketika ditemui setelah pembukaan Visiting World Class Professor, pertemuan diaspora dari berbagai negara, di Jakarta, Senin (19/12/2016).
Sambil penasaran, Dwi menyelidiki siapa bapak yang ingin bertemu itu. Setelah diselidiki, ternyata orang yang menelepon adalah petugas protokoler mantan Presiden B.J. Habibie. Dan, yang dimaksud itu tak lain adalah B.J. Habibie.
Pria asal Yogyakarta tersebut sempat berpikir ada apa tokoh sekaliber Habibie ingin menemui dirinya. Tak lama kemudian, pertemuan dua generasi antara Dwi Hartanto dan Habibie pun terjadi Desember lalu. Pertemuan tak resmi itu berlangsung di restoran di Den Haag, Belanda.
Tentu saja, putra pasangan Chamdani dan Astri itu sangat bangga bisa bertemu berdua dengan salah seorang tokoh besar negeri ini tersebut.
Selain berbicara tentang keilmuan, Habibie meminta Dwi bersedia membantu negara meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi. Dwi pun menyanggupi permintaan ahli pesawat terbang tersebut. Karena itu, dia bersedia untuk berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman dengan stakeholder pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.

Habibie mewanti-wanti agar Dwi Jangan sampai mau pindah kewarganegaraan di Belanda. Perkara bekerja untuk perusahaan internasional atau bahkan membantu pemerintah Belanda, itu sah-sah saja.

Pria 28 tahun yang sebentar lagi bergelar profesor itu menyatakan Riset-riset Dwi bersama para guru besar dari Technische Universiteit (TU) Delft selama ini menggarap bidang national security Kementerian Pertahanan Belanda, European Space Agency (ESA), NASA, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), serta Airbus Defence.
Salah satu riset sensitif yang dia garap adalah teknologi roket untuk militer dan misi luar angkasa. Dwi juga menggarap satelit untuk riset luar angkasa serta pertahanan dan keamanan (hankam).
Dia terlibat pula dalam penyempurnaan teknologi pesawat tempur Eurofighter Typhoon generasi anyar milik Airbus Defence.
Dari riset-riset yang dilakukan, Dwi telah mengantongi tiga paten di bidang spacecraft technology. Sayang, dia terikat kontrak untuk merahasiakan paten tersebut. Dia tidak bisa membeberkan tiga paten itu karena terkait dengan program strategis.
Biaya kuliah S-2 dan S-3 Dwi di Universitas dibiayai pemerintah Belanda
Sarjana Tokyo Institute of Technology itu menegaskan, dirinya tidak memiliki tips khusus saat belajar sehingga mampu meraih gelar doktor dalam usia muda.
Dia mencontohkan, ketika menggarap roket pada 2015, dirinya hanya sempat tidur 3 jam. Waktunya habis untuk melakukan riset-riset di laboratorium.
Bekal lain yang dimiliki Dwi adalah kemampuan di bidang matematika dan fisika. Saat duduk di bangku sekolah, bungsu dua bersaudara itu memang hobi astronomi. Kemampuan menguasai matematika dan fisika itulah yang mengantarkannya menjadi calon profesor di bidang aerospace engineering dalam usia yang terbilang masih muda.

Bodoh Vs Pintar Ala Bob Sadino
Sebuah Ukuran yang tepat mengenai bodoh dan pintar bagi setiap orang pasti berbeda- beda. Kali ini mari kita melihat pandangan Pak Bob Sadino mengenai Bodoh dan Pintar yang seseorang dari kacamata Entrepuener/wiraswasta.

1. Terlalu Banyak Ide -
Orang "pintar" biasanya banyak ide, bahkan mungkin telalu banyak ide, sehingga tidak satupun yang menjadi kenyataan. Sedangkan orang "bodoh" mungkin hanya punya satu ide dan satu itulah yang menjadi pilihan usahanya

2. Miskin Keberanian untuk memulai -
Orang "bodoh"biasanya lebih berani dibanding orang "pintar", kenapa ? Karena orang "bodoh"sering tidak berpikir panjang atau banyak pertimbangan. Dia nothing to lose. Sebaliknya, orang "pintar"telalu banyak pertimbangan.

3. Telalu Pandai Menganalisis -
Sebagian besar orang "pintar"sangat
pintar menganalisis. Setiap satu ide bisnis, dianalisis dengan sangat
lengkap, mulai dari modal, untung rugi sampai break event point. Orang "bodoh"tidak pandai menganalisis, sehingga lebih cepat memulai usaha.

4. Ingin Cepat Sukses -
Orang"Pintar" merasa mampu melakukan berbagai hal dengan kepintarannya termasuk mendapatkahn hasil dengan cepat. Sebaliknya, orang "bodoh" merasa dia harus melalui jalan panjang dan berliku sebelum mendapatkan hasil.

5. Tidak Berani Mimpi Besar -
Orang "Pintar" berlogika sehingga bermimpi sesuatu yang secara logika bisa di capai. Orang "bodoh"tidak perduli dengan logika, yang penting dia bermimpi sesuatu, sangat besar,
bahkan sesuatu yang tidak mungkin dicapai menurut orang lain.

6. Bisnis Butuh Pendidikan Tinggi -
Orang "Pintar"menganggap, untuk berbisnis perlu tingkat pendidikan tertentu. Orang "Bodoh" berpikir, dia pun bisa berbisnis.

7. Berpikir Negatif Sebelum Memulai -
Orang "Pintar" yang hebat dalam analisis, sangat mungkin berpikir negatif tentang sebuah bisnis, karena informasi yang berhasil dikumpulkannya sangat banyak. Sedangkan orang "bodoh" tidak sempat berpikir negatif karena harus segera berbisnis.

8. Maunya Dikerjakan Sendiri -
Orang "Pintar"berpikir "aku pasti bisa mengerjakan semuanya", sedangkan orang "bodoh" menganggap dirinya punya banyak keterbatasan, sehingga harus dibantu orang lain.

9. Miskin Pengetahuan Pemasaran dan Penjualan -
Orang "Pintar" menganggap sudah mengetahui banyak hal, tapi seringkali melupakan penjualan. Orang "bodoh" berpikir simple, "yang penting produknya terjual".

10. Tidak Fokus -
Orang "Pintar" sering menganggap remeh kata Fokus. Buat dia, melakukan banyak hal lebih mengasyikkan. Sementara orang "bodoh"tidak punya kegiatan lain kecuali fokus pada bisnisnya.

11. Tidak Peduli Konsumen -
Orang "Pintar" sering terlalu pede dengan kehebatannya. Dia merasa semuanya sudah Oke
berkat kepintarannya sehingga mengabaikan suara konsumen. Orang"bodoh"?. Dia tahu konsumen seringkali lebih pintar darinya.

12. Abaikan Kualitas -
Orang "bodoh" kadang-kadang saja mengabaikan kualitas karena memang tidak tahu, maka
tinggal diberi tahu bahwa mengabaikan kualitas keliru. Sednagnkan orang "pintar" sering mengabaikan kualitas, karena sok tahu.

13. Tidak Tuntas -
Orang "Pintar" dengan mudah beralih dari satu bisnis ke bisnis yang lain karena punya banyak kemampuan dan peluang. Orang "bodoh"mau tidak mau harus menuntaskan satu bisnisnya saja.

14. Tidak Tahu Pioritas -
Orang "Pintar" sering sok tahu dengan mengerjakan dan memutuskan banyak hal dalam waktu sekaligus, sehingga prioritas terabaikan. Orang "Bodoh"? Yang paling mengancam bisnisnyalah yang akan dijadikan pioritas

15. Kurang Kerja Keras dan Kerja Cerdas -
Banyak orang "Bodoh" yang hanya mengandalkan semangat dan kerja keras plus sedikit kerja cerdas, menjadikannya sukses dalam berbisnis. Dilain sisi kebanyakan orang "Pintar" malas untuk berkerja keras dan sok cerdas,

16. Mencampur adukan Keuangan -
Seorang "pintar" sekalipun tetap berperilaku bodoh dengan dengan mencampuradukan keuangan pribadi dan perusahaan.

17. Mudah Menyerah -
Orang "Pintar" merasa gengsi ketika gagal di satu bidang sehingga langsung beralih ke bidang lain, ketika menghadapi hambatan. Orang "Bodoh" seringkali tidak punya pilihan kecuali mengalahkan hambatan tersebut.

18. Melupakan Tuhan -
Kebanyakan orang merasa sukses itu adalah hasil jarih payah diri sendiri, tanpa campur tangan "TUHAN". Mengingat TUHAN adalah sebagai ibadah vertikal dan menolong sesama sebagai ibadah horizontal.

19. Melupakan Keluarga -
Jadikanlah keluarga sebagai motivator dan supporter pada saat baru memulai menjalankan bisnis maupun ketika bisnis semakin meguras waktu dan tenaga

20. Berperilaku Buruk -
Setelah menjadi pengusaha sukses, maka seseorang akan menganggap dirinya sebagai seorang yang mandiri. Dia tidak lagi membutuhkan orang lain, karena sudah mampu berdiri diatas kakinya sendiri.

Kesimpulan :

Di Amerika ada dua Pilihan jika memasuki perguruan tinggi yang akan dipersiapkan untuk masa depan siswanya yaitu :
1.  Menjadi Praktisi
2.  Menjadi Akademisi

1. Dipersiapkan untuk menjadi seorang yang handal bukan dengan teori tapi dengan prakteknya,kerjanya,usahanya di suatu perusahaan atau organisasi.   disini yang dibutuhkan adalah keahlian,skill dan pengalaman, kerja sama tim dan kerja keras untuk menjadi sukses.

2.  Dipersiapkan untuk menjadi pencipta gagasan,ide ide,teori untuk merumuskan ide ide yang akan dilaksanakan oleh kaum praktisi. Mereka diperlukan untuk meraih gelar tinggi di suatu Universitas untuk mengajar,menganalisa,penelitian dan pengembangan ilmu sains,tehnologi,sosial dan lainnya.

Di Indonesia seorang praktisi usaha yang telah sukses seperti Susi Pujiastuti, Bob Sadino dan lainnya sering diundang ke suatu Universitas bukan untuk mengajar atau jadi dosen tapi untuk berbagi pengalaman atau menceritakan rahasia suksesnya yang sering disebut Seminar.

His name Sadiman, from Bulukerto vilage disrtrict Wonogiri,Java,Indonesia.  His age 61 years old. During 19 years he planted mountainside Gendol with 11,000 seedlings, 4000 including the banyan seedlings tree. Walking uphill as far as 2 km, with painstaking,Sadiman planting mountainside. Peoples around him said he is strange and ridiculed to plant and cultivate the slopes. With no strings attached, with his own money he even pays residents, to exchange for rent, so that people never cut down the tree that he had planted. His efforts are not in vain. Now 3,000 people have been enjoying the clean water. Earlier people take clean water of small river during the dry season. Sadiman still want to plant 20,000 seedlings banyan tree again. The target is, peoples from other villages can also get clean water. Ironically, his motivation can not be done. No banyan seed aid as he wants from the government of the surrounding village. Whereas Sadiman willing to plant and take care of the banyan seed until it grows up. Are there people who want to donate the  banyan tree seedlings for Sadiman?

Deliserdang - President Jokowi appeared to have become the target of terrorists. Two high explosive bombs found just 50 meters from Simpang Tiga Rumah Makan, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), where Jokowi and the group will have lunch in that place, on Saturday (18/04/2015).
